Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the arrival date of your appointment.
Treatment deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment, as per our cancellation policy. However, if you wish to reschedule or cancel outside of the 48-hour period we will happily transfer your appointment or refund you the deposit amount.
Deposits & Consultation fees

Deposit: a £30 deposit is payable online or in clinic.

Deposit: a 50% deposit is taken to secure your Botox booking and is deductible from your final bill. The deposit is not refundable, this is because it is a prescription medication that cannot legally be used on another person.

Initial consultation and patch test: £25 and redeemable against treatment.

Deposit: a deposit of 50% of the treatment cost is taken at the time of booking. All treatment deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment, as per our cancellation policy.

Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Our cancellation policy provides us with the time to inform customers on our waiting list of any availability and is also designed to protect our team from any lost business.
These changes have been made because of a large increase in last-minute appointment changes/cancellations. The high standard of service that you are used to receiving at SKINLAB can only be maintained by implementing this.
