No Laser Hair Removal/IPL treatments on the face
No invasive facial treatments such as chemical peels, dermal filler or skin boosters
Avoid tanning or excessive sun exposure in the weeks leading up to your treatment.

Refrain from using any harsh skincare products, such as retinol or AHAs, for at least a week before your appointment.
No depilatory use on face

Ensure your skin is well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
Come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free skin.
Aftercare

Recovery time after a Polynucleotide treatment is very short, and you should be able to resume normal "light" activities immediately following the treatment. However, we suggest that you avoid physically demanding activities and sports for the first day after treatment, and that you limit your sauna or steamy baths for a few days. Additionally, avoid intense sun or UV light exposure for the first few days post-treatment.

The treatment is a course of 4 spread over 12 weeks, and a review will be offered 90 days post first treatment when results should be visible.

Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the arrival date of your appointment.
Treatment deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment, as per our cancellation policy. However, if you wish to reschedule or cancel outside of the 48-hour period we will happily transfer your appointment or refund you the deposit amount.
