It utilises a patented Face Positioning System, which allows for five different facial photography angles and eight different light modes for a comprehensive skin analysis.

  • The OBSERV® 520 can be used to diagnose a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and more. It can also be used to identify early signs of aging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, and to create personalized treatment plans based on a patient's specific needs.

  • This mode is used to capture a high-quality image of your skin in natural lighting conditions.

  • This mode is used to capture an image of your skin with uniform lighting, which helps to reveal details on the skin's surface.

  • This mode is used to capture an image of your skin with polarised light that penetrates the skin, revealing sub-surface details such as pigmentation and blood vessels.

  • This mode uses ultraviolet light to show the distribution of melanin on the skin's surface, which can help identify areas of sun damage.

  • This mode is used to capture an image of your skin with filtered ultraviolet light, which can help identify skin conditions such as acne and seborrhea.

  • This mode is used to evaluate the texture of your skin's surface, identifying fine lines, wrinkles, and pores.

  • This mode is used to evaluate the distribution of pigment on your skin's surface, identifying areas of hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation.

Preparation

  • Please remove all makeup from your face using a gentle makeup remover. This is to ensure optimal accuracy during the skin analysis.

    Do not apply any skincare products or SPF to your face prior to the skin analysis. This includes moisturisers, serums, and sunscreens.

    It is recommended that you come to the appointment with a fresh face, free of any products or makeup. The only exception is mascara, which is okay to wear.

    If you arrive at your appointment with skincare products, SPF, or makeup on your face, we will need to cleanse your skin before conducting the skin analysis. Please note that this will impact the length of your consultation.

    By following these steps, you can ensure that your skin is adequately prepared for the OBSERV skin analysis, and that you receive the most accurate and informative results.

Pricing

What our clients are saying

Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the arrival date of your appointment. 

Treatment deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment, as per our cancellation policy. However, if you wish to reschedule or cancel outside of the 48-hour period we will happily transfer your appointment or refund you the deposit amount.
