What is Volite Skin Booster?

Volite skin booster is a minimally invasive injectable treatment, which delivers Hyaluronic Acid (HA) directly into the skin to improve its hydration and elasticity, in addition to the appearance of fine lines.

  • Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally occurring substance in the skin. When HA is delivered into the skin, with Juvederm Volite, it combines with the water in your skin to hydrate, improve elasticity and help remove fine lines. HA fillers are recognised to bring benefits to the skin; they may stimulate collagen production, leading to an improvement in overall skin quality.

    Volite skin booster requires only one treatment and is designed to last for up to 6 months, however latest clinical data on this skin booster treatment shows positive results for more like 9 months. It can be used for the face, neck, décolletage, and hands.

    • Crêpiness. By plumping and hydrating crêpey skin that appears saggy, due to lack of tone and moisture.

    • Dryness. By hydrating dry skin that appears flaky, irritated and dehydrated, and feels rough and scaly when touched.

  • A consultation is carried out to discuss the result you desire, the benefits and risks of Volite Skin Booster treatment and your medical/medication history to determine if you are suitable to proceed.

    On the day of treatment, we ask you to present with no make-up. If this is not possible we will remove it for you. Pre-treatment pictures will be taken for your medical notes. The area to be injected will be numbed with a topical cream for 15 minutes.

    Your skin will be prepared with an anti-bacterial/anti-viral cleaning solution and treatment will resume. Once treatment aftercare is complete, you will be given an aftercare leaflet to take home with you.

Preparation

  • • No Laser Hair Removal/IPL treatments on the face

    • No invasive facial treatments such as chemical peels, dermal filler or skin boosters

  • • No depilatory use on face

  • • Avoid alcohol due to increased risk of bruising

Aftercare

  • The downtime following a Volite Skin Booster treatment is minimal, and you should be able to return to normal ‘light’ daily activities immediately after your procedure.

    However, we recommend the following:

    • no makeup for 24 hours after the treatment

    • avoid physically strenuous activities and sports on the first day after the treatment

    • minimise going to the sauna or having steamy baths for the first few days

    • avoid intense sun or UV light exposure for the first few days after treatment

  • We encourage a complimentary follow-up appointment 8 weeks post-treatment to discuss your tailored treatment results.

Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the arrival date of your appointment. 

Treatment deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment, as per our cancellation policy. However, if you wish to reschedule or cancel outside of the 48-hour period we will happily transfer your appointment or refund you the deposit amount.
